Start the day with this
Superfood smoothie!
This delicious and easy to make smoothie is a “super” way to start your day, featuring Superfood ingredients like our maple syrup, kale, blueberries, pumpkin seeds and peanut butter.
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 cup soy milk or flaxmilk
- 1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
- 3/4 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
- 1/4 cup Maple Valley maple syrup
- 1/2 cup fresh or frozen kale
- 2 Tbsp peanut butter
- 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1/2 cup cashews
- pinch of salt
- Note: if using fresh fruit we would suggest adding 2-4 ice cubes
- Toss everything into a blender – blend until smooth (Easy!)
- Enjoy!
