Superfood Maple Breakfast Smoothie

Superfood smoothie!

This delicious and easy to make smoothie is a “super” way to start your day, featuring Superfood ingredients like our maple syrup, kale, blueberries, pumpkin seeds and peanut butter.

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1 cup soy milk or flaxmilk
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
  • 3/4 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 1/4 cup Maple Valley maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen kale
  • 2 Tbsp peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1/2 cup cashews
  • pinch of salt
  • Note: if using fresh fruit we would suggest adding 2-4 ice cubes
  1. Toss everything into a blender – blend until smooth (Easy!)
  2. Enjoy!
