Southern Maple Cornbread
A gluten free take on an old favorite everyone can enjoy!

- 1 1/2 cup cornmeal
- 1/2 tsp soda
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2 Tbsp melted butter
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 2 eggs (slightly beaten)
- 1/4 cup Maple Valley organic maple syrup
- Mix dry & wet ingredients separately and then together.
- Bake at 450 degrees Fahrenheit in greased 8 x 8″ pan (glass is best) for 20-30 minutes.
- Let cool and enjoy!
