Southern Maple Cornbread

A gluten free take on an old favorite everyone can enjoy!

  • 1 1/2 cup cornmeal
  • 1/2 tsp soda
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 2 Tbsp melted butter
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 2 eggs (slightly beaten)
  • 1/4 cup Maple Valley organic maple syrup

  1. Mix dry & wet ingredients separately and then together.
  2. Bake at 450 degrees Fahrenheit in greased 8 x 8″ pan (glass is best) for 20-30 minutes.
  3.  Let cool and enjoy!
