Maple Honeycrisp Margarita

A twist on traditional margarita recipes, the addition of organic maple syrup with fresh Honeycrisp apples ensures that this version will excite the senses!


  • 3 oz. High quality tequila
  • 1/2 oz. Freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 4 oz. Apple juice (not concentrate)
  • 2-1/2 Tbsp. Maple Valley organic maple syrup
  • Ice cubes (enough to fill the shaker and glass you’re serving)
  • Sliced Honeycrisp apple, for garnish
  • Pinch of Maple Valley organic maple sugar (or granulated sugar)
  • Pinch cinnamon


Fill a cocktail shaker with the tequila, lime juice, apple juice, maple syrup and ice, then shake until combined.

Coat the rim of each glass with maple syrup using a spoon or parchment paper. On a plate, stir together the maple sugar and cinnamon, then dip each glass in the mixture to coat.

Pour the mixed margarita over the ice, then garnish with two thin slices of Honeycrisp apple and serve immediately.
