Maple Valley Coleslaw

Perfect for a summer picnic!

  • 1/2 small green cabbage (shredded)
  • 1/4 small red cabbage (shredded)
  • 1 large carrot (shredded)
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup Maple Valley organic maple syrup
  • 1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
  1. Toss cabbage & carrots together.

  2. Mix mayonnaise, maple syrup, and balsamic vinegar together.

  3. Pour liquid mixture over cabbage mixture.

  4. Chill for 20 or more minutes, then, enjoy!
