Maple Valley Coleslaw
Perfect for a summer picnic!
- 1/2 small green cabbage (shredded)
- 1/4 small red cabbage (shredded)
- 1 large carrot (shredded)
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup Maple Valley organic maple syrup
- 1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar

Toss cabbage & carrots together.

Mix mayonnaise, maple syrup, and balsamic vinegar together.

Pour liquid mixture over cabbage mixture.

Chill for 20 or more minutes, then, enjoy!
