Maple Salmon

A maple glazed salmon that is delicious and easy to prepare.


  • 1/4 cup Maple Valley organic maple syrup
  • 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
  • pinch ground black pepper
  • 1 pound salmon


1. Combine Maple Valley organic maple syrup, soy sauce, garlic, garlic salt and pepper together in a small bowl.

2. Cut the salmon into 4 equal-sized fillets and place in a shallow glass baking dish. Coat fillets with the maple syrup mixture, then cover the dish and marinate salmon in the refrigerator for 30 minutes, turning once halfway.

3. Preheat the oven to 400ºF.

4. Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake uncovered until the salmon flesh easily flakes with a fork (about 20 minutes).
