Maple Valley Maple Pumpkin Pie

A seasonal favorite!

15 oz fresh or canned pumpkin
2/3 c. Maple Valley organic maple syrup
1 c. heavy whipping cream
3 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground cloves
2 tsp ground cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp ginger
1/2 tsp allspice
1/4 tsp nutmeg

  • Mix all ingredients together.
  • Bake in a 9” pie pan with your favorite pastry crust at 350ºF for 1 hour to 1 hour and 15 min.
  • Cool and refrigerate for best flavor.
