Maple Glaze for Turkey, Chicken or Ham

Make your holidays memorable with this delicious glaze!

 

Stir ingredients together and after 45 minutes of roasting:

  • Ham: Remove cover and score a 1-inch wide pattern not more than 1/4-inch deep. Brush on glaze and increase temperature 50ºF. Cook uncovered for the remainder of time.
  • Turkey: Brush on a third of the glaze every 15 minutes and continue to cook covered for the remainder of time.
