Maple Glaze for Turkey, Chicken or Ham
Make your holidays memorable with this delicious glaze!

1/2 c. Maple Valley organic maple syrup

3–4 tbsp. mustard

2 tbsp. melted butter (optional)
Stir ingredients together and after 45 minutes of roasting:
- Ham: Remove cover and score a 1-inch wide pattern not more than 1/4-inch deep. Brush on glaze and increase temperature 50ºF. Cook uncovered for the remainder of time.
- Turkey: Brush on a third of the glaze every 15 minutes and continue to cook covered for the remainder of time.
