Maple Ginger Kabocha Squash

Ingredients:
- 1 Kabocha Squash
- 1/4 c. Maple Valley organic maple syrup
- 1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
- Pink salt to taste
Instructions:
- Cut, remove seeds and slice the squash
- Mix together ingredients
- Brush glaze onto Kabocha slices
- Flip slices and brush glaze onto the second side
- Bake at 400ºF for 35-40 minutes, flipping halfway through
- Add remaining glaze and enjoy!
