Maple Ginger Kabocha Squash

Ingredients:
Instructions:
  1. Cut, remove seeds and slice the squash
  2. Mix together ingredients
  3. Brush glaze onto Kabocha slices
  4. Flip slices and brush glaze onto the second side
  5. Bake at 400ºF for 35-40 minutes, flipping halfway through
  6. Add remaining glaze and enjoy!
