Maple Chocolate Syrup
Divine chocolate elixir!
- 1/4 cup Maple Valley organic maple syrup
- 1/4 cup Equal Exchange unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 Tbsp coconut oil
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
Add all ingredients to a double boiler o to a mason jar in a pot of cold water.
Heat to simmering and stir while ingredients melt to a smooth, rich consistency.
For Chocolate Milk:
Add 1/2 cup of warm Organic Valley organic milk or coconut milk, stir, and cool.
For Mocha Coffee:
Add 2 Tbsp of maple chocolate syrup to your coffee.
For Maple Sipping Chocolate:
Add 1/4 cup of warm Organic Valley milk or coconut milk to maple chocolate syrup.
