  • 2 to 3 pounds chicken wings
  • 1 cup Maple Valley organic maple syrup
  • 2/3 cup chili sauce
  • 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes

2. When ready to use, pour remaining marinade over wings, turning to coat. Reseal the bag and refrigerate for four hours, turning occasionally.

3. After four hours, drain the marinade into a bowl, then place the wings in a lightly greased 13″x9″ baking pan.

4. Bake uncovered, at 375ºF for 30 to 40 minutes, occasionally basting with the reserved marinade, until the wings are golden and juices run clear when pierced.
