
Iced Maple Coffee With Maple Cold Foam
Ingredients:
- 10 ounces brewed Guadalupe Roastery Organic Coffee
- Ice
- 1-2 tbsp Maple Valley Organic Maple Syrup
- 1 tbsp organic heavy cream
Maple Cold Foam:
- 1 tbsp organic maple syrup
- 1 tbsp organic milk
- 2 tbsp organic heavy cream
Instructions:
- Add ice to a cup, and add maple syrup
- Brew coffee, then pour over ice and maple syrup
- Add heavy cream and stir to combine, then set aside
- In a separate cup, combine Maple Cold Foam ingredients (organic maple syrup, milk, and heavy cream), and froth with a handheld milk frother for 45-60 seconds or until the cold foam is thick
- Pour cold foam over the maple iced coffee, and enjoy
