
Dairy-free Fudge
with Maple Whiskey Candied Pecans

The Goods//
- 3 cups dairy-free chocolate chips, Enjoy Life is an amazing option!
- 14 oz vegan coconut sweetened condensed milk *
- 3/4 cup chopped Maple Whiskey Candied Pecans
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Get Cooking //
Line an 8″ square or rectangle baking dish with parchment paper, allowing the paper to extend beyond two opposite ends.
Place chocolate chips in a double broiler. Add the vegan sweetened condensed milk. Gently combine and allow to melt together into a gorgeous thick chocolate fudge concoction. Add the chopped nuts and vanilla and stir to combine.
Pour the fudge batter into the prepared baking dish. Cover and chill for 1 to 2 hours until the chocolate is set.
Once set, lift the fudge by the parchment paper out of the dish. Remove the parchment paper from the chocolate and cut it into square pieces. Now… devour.
