I was delighted to receive your email. I really like your maple syrup, and I would very much appreciate receiving a Lifetime Membership. I would be happy to provide additional information for your company.
As a cancer survivor, I am always on the lookout for health information and practices that can improve my health. Since I underwent extensive chemotherapy and radiation treatments for months, I am certain that toxic chemicals remain in my body. The treatments cured the cancer, but also damaged my body. Someday, these treatments will be considered obsolete. Meanwhile, I am on the road to personal recovery.
I decided to try the Master Cleanse Diet for 10 days to lower the toxicity level in my body. The Diet seems to be a very non-invasive way to improve my health. It was very easy to get started, and I was happy to find that the combination of lemonade and maple syrup tasted quite good.
I have also tried to use a juice fast as a cleansing plan. It seemed to work fairly well, but all the concentrated sugar in the juices caused my glucose levels rise. As a cancer patient, I do not want any testing levels that are not completely normal. I would definitely not recommend a juice fast to diabetics, cancer patients, or anyone with an auto-immune disease. It's just too much sugar for people with medical conditions. Actually, it's probably too much sugar for even healthy people.
In contrast, using maple syrup during the cleanse did not cause my glucose levels rise. I was very pleased about this.
The key to a successful cleanse is discipline. Everyone around a person doing a cleanse is eating, so it is difficult to keep from wanting to eat, too. However, if the person doing a cleanse keeps thinking of the cleanse as a temporary plan with an ending date, it's much easier to maintain the discipline to see the plan through to the end.
After undergoing the Lemonade Diet, I feel much lighter. Some of the feeling of lightness probably stems from weight loss. However, some of this feeling might stem from ridding my body from toxins due to chemotherapy and radiation treatment. I am very glad that I chose to undergo the Master Cleanse Diet and would recommend that other cancer survivors consider doing so, too.
After doing the cleanse, I decided to keep drink one daily drink of lemon juice and maple syrup. It's a wonderful drink when I come home from work to energize me to walk the dog. Also, I decided to focus more on plant foods. I have become a "near vegetarian," a person who focuses on plant food, but sometimes eats chicken and fish for protein. I feel lighter somehow with the "near vegetarian" diet, and it's made it easier for me to walk more and exercise more.
I hope this is the type of information you are seeking. If you have more questions, please send them, and I will try to respond. Meanwhile, it's time to go to sleep! Good luck with your company! Thanks again!
